Our national training program is ANSI National Accreditation Board-Accredited. This means our training has met rigorous standards and is broadly accepted
through the US.
How long is my Food Handlers Card valid?
It is valid for 2 years. At the end of that period, you will need to retake the course and pass the exam.
eFoodhandlers makes that process simple and straightforward.
How many times can I take the exam?
You can take the exam up to 2 times. There is not an extra charge for retaking the course/exam a second time.
The State of Texas requires all food workers to take an approved food handlers course that is compliant with TEXAS Food Establishment Rules (TFER). eFoodHandlers' training program is Approved for Texas.
